PayPal is now in South Africa
PayPal is an international company offering an online payment system, which has been sadly lacking in South Africa for a long time. This form of banking is currently working within 190 countries.
It is a system used on the Internet which allows you to buy directly from a website.
This will enable you to transfer money between yourself and someone else via email, or between merchants, thus breaking with traditional payment methods, such as cheques and money orders.
In other words you can buy or sell in various currencies. Sign up for a PayPal account and a First National Bank Account and your transactions will be converted within the bank and transferred into your account locally and legally.
Buyers Benefits
If you are a buyer, you can choose to pay via your credit card, debit card or bank account.
It allows you to shop on sites such as eBay or with any of the thousands of PayPal vendors worldwide.
You will receive an invoice via email reflecting the purchase you have made and the exchange rate used at the time of your purchase.
Seller Benefits
PayPal allows credit cards, debit cards and bank account payments to be made directly into an account with transaction fees.
It is easy to add PayPal to your website, with step by step instructions directly from the PayPal website and help with tools that are made available.
How Secure Is PayPal?
PayPal is one of the few financial institutions that have fraud experts. Working behind the scenes and monitoring activity, using proprietary fraud risk models for industry-leading network security at no additional cost.
When suspicious activity occurs, PayPal will alert you by email or phone.
The service has a loss rate of only 0.5% (less than 0.6%) with online fraud. State of the art technology enables them to immediately check suspicious payments and identify thefts.

Visit the PayPal site and read and then visit your local bank (SA is FNB) to get your site up and running with a convenient procedure that is trusted and used by millions online.
To the Blogging Community of South Africa this is some very good news. Blogger’s in other parts of the world, I hope this information assisted you in making your decisions. Ensure your Banking online procedure is safe, to both your customer and yourself.

Thanks Bruce, I enjoy Brad Callen and his approach to SEO, he recently launched a new product SEOLinkVine which looks to be promising. Will take a look, thanks for the info and comments.
Hi… I don’t know if you’ve been making changes, but your pages aren’t displaying correctly for me. The edges of the text are running into each other. I didn’t do this the other day. I don’t know if it’s something on my computer or if you’ve made a change… Just thought you might want to look at it. Thanks!
No, no changes thanks for the comment and let me know if you still encounter problems.
Hi. I wanted to drop you a quick note to express my thanks. I’ve been following your blog for a month or so and have picked up a ton of good information as well as enjoyed the way you’ve structured your site. I am attempting to run my own blog but I think its too general and I want to focus more on smaller topics. Being all things to all people is not all that its cracked up to be.
You are so right in saying – “Being all things to all people is not all that its cracked up to be.” Starting out you tend to flounder around a bit before finding which topic excites you the most to share and assist others. Really hope you find what “turns you on” cause then you will have the passion to pass on info to others. Sharing and caring, goes hand in hand – selling comes later when you are established in your field of expertise. That is my opinion from experience…LOL
Hi. this is kind of an “unconventional” question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you’ve got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very new to all of this …so i am just not positive exactly how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time.
Seek advice from your Mentor prior to upgrading or making changes. If you are brave and go it alone, just remember to backup your site data and information files/folders before making the move. If you are operating off of WordPress then look for the Atahaulpha theme and have fun. Keep it fun – one day at a time….
Good luck getting people behind this one. Though you make some VERY fascinating points, youre going to have to do more than bring up a few things that may be different than what weve already heard. What are trying to say here? What do you want us to think? It seems like you cant really get behind a unique thought. Anyway, thats just my opinion.
Hi – are you from South Africa? If not then this will not affect how you do business. This information was aimed at Affiliate Marketer’s in South Africa, where PayPal was not available for receipting money into the country before March 2010. Thanks for your opinion and taking the time to leave a comment, much appreciated.
Only want to say your article is as tonishing. The clearness in your post is simply spectacular and i can take for granted you are an expert on this field. Well with your permission allow me to grab your rss feed to keep up to date with succeeding post. Thanks a million and please keep up the ac complished work.
I just found your blog and wanted to let you know that I already bookmarked it in 4 different websites. Thanks for providing great content for us to read.
Though I would’ve loved it much more if you added a relevant video or at least pictures to back up the explanation, I still thought that your write-up quite helpful. It’s usually hard to make a complicated matter seem very easy. I enjoy your weblog and will sign up to your feed so I will not miss anything. Fantastic content
Explanation on how to work with PayPal is on their site, remember to look up your country and follow through with the steps. Good luck and thanks for the comments.
Hope you find articles and ideas into the future from this site, and thank you for visiting. Finance is normally an area many find difficulties, always remember to read the “small print” and good luck in your venture.
