RAP Bank

Affiliate-Vendor Bank’s for Bloggers

Affiliates and Vendors normally use one of the online banks to buy and sell digital products.  If you are a Vendor, you normally have to pay a fee to add your product to the site.

So what are RAP Bank and ClickBank. Both these banks are for bloggers selling products as an Affiliate, this is selling someone else’s product for a commission; or as a Vendor, wishing to attract Affiliates to sell your products for a commission.

ClickBank is a secure, online retail outlet, in the market place since 1998. This site boasts approximately 12 000 digital product vendors, to approximately 100 000 active affiliate marketers.

Serving about 200 countries and processing about 26 000 transactions per day this site is consistently highly ranked and handle extremely high traffic.

What you need to be aware of is that the commissions are not paid immediately, the payouts are twice a month, once a definite income has been reached.

As a Vendor you will pay to have your product added, take care and read all the requirements.

Now RAP Bank – New to the marketplace have come up with some innovative ideas. The big Plus is that commissions paid happen immediately. So if you select a product earning 50% commissions then every other sale is paid to you as an Affiliate, with the other sales going to the Merchant/Vendor. Should the commission be 75%, then 3 out of 4 sales will be paid directly to you.

Free to join as an Affiliate, however if you opt for the Vendor Plus you receive Oh so much more than being a non-paying member.

When you have a product to launch of your own there are no further charges, if you have joined as a paid Vendor Plus. New products are scrutinized before going into the market place, so Affiliates know the products are of good standing.

Instant commissions are paid into your PayPal Business or Premier account. You can see the structure of the commission when surfing the marketplace. Some Vendors will pay you for every second sale, whilst others pay 100% on first sale and second sale goes to the Vendor. Most products will offer you either 50% or 100% paid directly into your PayPal account.

What do you need to join RAP Bank:-

1.    As an Affiliate you can join for free – but my bet is that you will upgrade very soon when you see what is being offered in Vendor Plus, and remember you don’t have to be a Vendor!

2.    You will need a PayPal Business or Premium account. If you have a personal PayPal account, upgrade before applying to RAP Bank. The reasoning behind this is many people pay for a product with a credit card and this is not possible to accept with a personal account – so be sure to upgrade before signing up to RAP Bank.

3.    Go through the online videos and learn what you can achieve, there is a lot you can do and if you already have a blog the tools are amazing!

Happy blogging to the bank, get your links and ready yourself to make money immediately. No more waiting for the cash to flow into your business.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

I admire what you have done here. I like the part where you say you are doing this to give back but I would assume by all the replies that this is working for you as well.

    • Hi Patty,

Yes I love working with people and assist where I can.

Unless I have personally used a product I will not do a report, nor recommend the product. Some of the references are Affiliate Links to earn a living. Your comment is here on RAP Bank – I have used other software launched by the same people and have found them innovative.

If you join up, remember to get the WordPress Plugin offered for free to put on your site to assist you in your campaigns.

BTW Thanks for your kind comments.

Hi, I’m very interested in Linux but Im a Super Newbie and I’m having trouble deciding on the right distribution for me (Havent you heard this a million times?) anyway here is my problem, I need a distribution that can switch between reading and writing in English and Japanese (Japanese Language Support) with out restarting the operating system.

    • Hi Emily, Thanks for the comment, unfortunately I am unable to assist you with Linux, as for translations I use Google Translator Plugin. Perhaps you should visit forums where Linux is being used and pose your questions in there. Good luck!

  • Another very strong and powerful post. I’ve been reading through some of your previous posts and finally decided to drop a comment on this one. I signed up for your newsletter, so please keep up the informative posts!

Good luck on your blog, and feel free to comment and subscribe to my blog as well when you get a chance.

    • Hi Dino, Thanks for the visit and yes I have joined up and will be putting in a new Newsletter to keep everyone informed, so keep up the good work your blog looks great.

Your WordPress blog keeps getting better and better! I’ve been following your posts for a while now and I have to say that your older articles don’t offer as much insight as the newer articles. You have a lot more creativity and style now! BTW, if you’re looking into placing some ads on your blog – you should really do it. Don’t go for all that 3rd party crap – Use a nice WordPress monetization tool coded by a buddy of mine which by far the best, it’s a must have plugin for any serious blogger. You can find it at Thaidy.com/Top10WordPressPlugins and give it a free test-run (To make it easier for you, I linked my name to the site). Oh, and there is a nice discount coupon in the sidebar of the mainpage for you.

Keep up the good work mate!

    • Thanks Bennie, Always trying out new technology so will take a look, did you take a look at the RAP Bank is has a free WordPress plugin to launch on your page. Pretty neat.

I would like a lot more bloggers might write web sites like this which are actually entertaining to read. With all the current fluff floating around on the web, it’s extraordinary to read a weblog like this instead
